Horgan Splaine Partners, Consultants in Executive Search, is the successor firm to the Santa Clara, CA based boutique firm Nadzam Horgan & Associates (founded in 1972) and Splaine & Associates a Los Gatos, CA boutique firm (founded in 1980).

We are a boutique firm that is by design a small firm and we plan to remain so. This allows us to focus our energies solely on meeting and exceeding our client's needs and expectations in helping them to either grow cohesive, successful executive teams; or in solving an immediate Senior Executive requirement by providing an immediate Interim Leadership solution in the person of a high caliber, top talent, experienced Senior Executive.
