Thomas F. Horgan - Managing Partner
Tom Horgan a native of Cork, Ireland and a naturalized US Citizen is a seasoned retained search professional who transferred his search career to California in early 1996 joining as a Partner the highly respected Silicon Valley firm, Nadzam Horgan & Associates.
In 1980 Tom founded the first retained executive search firm in Ireland MERC Partners and for 16 years served as its Managing Partner. In 1992, under his leadership, MERC Partners became the world's first retained executive search practice to achieve ISO 9000 certification.
He has garnered more than 28 years of executive search consulting experience both in the US and Europe; is recognized as a strategic partner on client engagements and has been involved in more than 500 successful senior level searches for CXO and VP level positions predominantly for High Technology and Life Sciences organizations.
Tom has an MBA with a major in International Enterprise and is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
He serves as Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of The Irish American Heritage Society, a California not-for-profit that raises money for charitable causes (mainly associated with disabilities) on the island of Ireland.
Tom resides in Los Gatos, California with his wife, Adele.

Bryon McDougall – Partner
Bryon McDougall, a Bay Area native has been in the executive search industry since 1992. In his prior business and professional career he worked for large public companies, where he gained hands-on management experience in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Accounting; and with regional search firms as a Vice President and CEO.
He has over 16 years of executive search experience and has been involved in 200+ successful searches; serving start up’s, privately held firms and large public companies in the High Tech, Life Science, Medical Device, Software, Hardware and Telecommunications industries.
Bryon has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from California State University Chico and is a member of the California Society of CPA’s and a former membership chair.
Actively involved in volunteer and community activities, Bryon is a competitive Ice Hockey player, a golfer and is a passionate collector of California Cabernet.
Bryon and his family reside in Livermore.

Roy Bigge – Principal Managing Director
Roy Bigge whose roots are in California has been providing executive search services since 1995.
Prior to entering the search profession Roy held various executive positions in the Financial Services Industry where he worked closely with Silicon Valley industry leaders – Business Owners, CEO's, CFO's and Vice Presidents.
With over 12 years of executive search experience Roy has been involved in 250+ successful searches; serving start up’s, privately held firms and large public companies in the High Tech, Professional Services, Financial Services and Agriculture Industries.
Roy has a BS in Agricultural Economics from UC Berkeley.
A very keen horseman, Roy has served as an Advisory Board member for a number of fledgling enterprises; and mostly notably has served as Chairman for the $40 million YMCA of the Santa Clara Valley, Chairman of the Board of the Capital Club, San Jose, President of the Kiwanis Club, San Jose and as a Board Member of the San Jose History Museum.
Roy has been a resident of Silicon Valley for the past 25 years.
